What To Bring To Warrior Camp

When you receive your final confirmation for Warrior Camp, you are advised to bring various items.  I highly recommend you pay close attention to this list and bring everything on it.  There is no need to know why to bring them, just do it.  If for some reason you don't know what the items are, look them up and make sure you have them with you.

Workout clothing

Alarm clock/watch

Swimsuit

Sunscreen

Insect repellent (travel size)

Moleskin or Band-Aids

Long pants and long-sleeved shirt

Small knapsack or large fanny pack that holds a water bottle - a great idea is a camel back pack

Thongs or sandals (easy slip-on shoes)

Athletic shoes

Hiking boots with good ankle support

Rain poncho with hood or rain jacket & pants

Fleece or wool pullover or jacket

Hat

Water bottle

Portable snack food - GORP, Cliff Bars etc

Sunglasses with safety strap

At least two large towels

Personal toiletries

Males: cotton shorts

Females: cotton sarong or long cotton skirt

Bandana (how to tie a bandana)

Identification Documents

Note: Participants should drink four liters of water each day, four days prior to the camp start date. 4 litres of water is the same as 1 gallon.  That's right, 1 gallon of water each day for 4 days prior to warrior camp.

Nutritional Supplements

I highly recommend brining any nutritional supplents if you have them.  I recommend:

Vitmamin C

Electrolytes (Fortune Delight is a great choice)

Any sort of immune system support formulas
